⁣Bill Johnson shares about the power of our words and how many of the situations we face in life, good and bad, are the fruit of our own words. Proverbs teaches that “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” God created the world through declaration, and Jesus also healed people by speaking over them. As sons and daughters of God we are created in His image and are invited into a relationship where we co-labor with God to see His life and light invade the darkest places. The words we speak and declare over our own lives and the lives of those around us have fruit, and we will taste the fruit of our own words. Like Jesus, we are invited to say what the Father is saying as we yield to the Holy Spirit.
